Girlfriend said, just do it, so you'll shut up. So I did. And it was negative. And I absolutely freaked out. So I went and told my mother, there was something wrong and I needed to go to the doctor. And she called the doctor and they took me back in, did another test and exam. And took us back into the room and told my mother, well, sometimes these things happen. I don't know why. But she's young, she'll have other children. I would suggest you just forget about it. And my mom is like, well, does she need to have a DNC or anything? And he said, no, everything looks fine. And the last thing I said to him was, you know what? I'm never going to forget this. As long as I live, I don't care what you say. I need to do. And then was never spoken about again for years and years. And then June 30, 1983 happened. I looked at the market in the yard, everything starts coming back, all these memories of these little things. And I start thinking about this pregnancy again and these strange dreams that I had had where I'd seen this child. And I didn't want to connect it with this weird mark in the yard or these other strange things, but somehow in my mind I did. Because I connected it in my mind, I assume that it had something to do with that. I did not say anything to bud for a longest time. And something was mentioned about somebody in a pregnancy on a golf course, a woman was abducted and she was really big pregnant and then the baby was gone. And that's when bud and I had been in a car and we pulled up into my parents driveway because this is at a time when he had come out to our house to visit and do some more research. And I blurted it out to him about losing this pregnancy and you know this baby and he looked at me at first and he was like, well, I'm sorry. And I could tell by the look on his face that he was not connecting the dots. He was looking at me kind of like a deer in the headlights. And then all of a sudden, I think he got it..
