Listen: NFL, Nancy, Baker Mayfield discussed on The Stephen A. Smith Show
"Let me now forgive Mr. Fred kitchens in Cleveland, you know, because he worked for five minutes with Baker Mayfield. And now, he's the second comment. Louis Riddick and fell insider an analyst extraordinaire, particularly when it comes to NFL offices made a very adroit in an astute point when he highlighted the fact that you've got a lot of these guys that have a history and a reputation of working with quarterbacks. And because they had a history of working with quarterbacks. That's the unbuilt accord that the oldest league executives have used to justify hiring all of these guys as head coaches. My question would be this. I know Eric the enemy for the Kansas City Chiefs and call place, but this black man that's the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City. Chiefs habits video offensive coordinator for the number one ranked offense in the entire National Football League number one in yard number one in points, number three passing attack. Stews me eight that working with a quarterback. Look at me when I'm talking to you, John. Even though he ain't call in the place is Eric b enemy now working with the quarterback if you'd have off as a coordinator you work with the quarterback how come he get the job? He didn't get the job. I mean, this is this stuff sticks to the heavens. Nancy? I'm over the USA today. Presumably piggybacking off of me. But maybe she did astutely pointed out did this graceful situation that's been taking place in terms of minority coaches not getting hired. But it's amazing to me the excuses are, you know, somebody said this too. When it comes to some of these white candidates should know something you look for an excuse to give them the job when it goes to my minorities. You look for the first reason for them to lose their jobs or to not give them a job. Double standards inequality. All the things that we lament and society today, though, look to Capitol Hill. Look to the president the look to people like that talk about what's going on in our country. Look at the NFL. This happening right is sports. Billy's politics has the backdrop of always being about politics nepotism, and who you know, and glad-handing handing, and Jerry men and all the names you could come up with. Corruption, or whatever you wanna call it. It's always been synonymous will politics last time. I checked supports was supposed to be meritocracy. Glass ceiling was supposed to be a Radicati before very odd. Well, how's that work it out? So full of it. Digress.."
