We may to beautiful turkeys. We made some scallops sweet potatoes. Not just scalp potatoes. We actually so what I do is. I always try to take ingredients that are inane to a holiday, and then sort of dress it up. So, you know, my holiday ideas this year. I did my my scout sweet potatoes and a little bit. I actually it was just a beautiful cream sauce will Osceola gotree SEI cheese on top of the sweetness. Salty disappeared. So amazing everybody loved that dish. Then I did another sweet potato dish. We did actually sweet potato with ginger maple. And then we applaud open sesame oil on top of it took gave a little bit of an Asian flavor. But it was still thanksgiving and my my cranberry sauce, I put pears and pineapple in a little bit of walnuts. And so actually dressed it up just a little bit, you know, homemade cranberry sauce and gave a little bit more sweetness a little bit more texture, and these are just things you can do at home. So just talking about holiday the holiday appetizers that. I've been doing. Lately, I've actually take one tons one ton rappers. You can get them at any sort of grocery store. Get aggro wrappers. I take a little bit of pumpkin puree a little bit of cranberry sauce, and you can actually even use the whole berry cranberry sauce that comes in a can then I pair that with some Brie or either some cream cheese. If you want to even blue cheese, actually, and you put that into a one time and just real fried up at home, and this isn't hard, right? 'cause I mean, this sounds delicious. But I get an freak out mode thinking, oh my God. I can't do this. I can't can I cook with one time yet. And you can you. That's what's so amazing everybody that comes we've done it. We've done this class. This holiday appetizer classroom a bunch of times. Now, we actually for our corporate parties we've been doing a lot because we have a lot of corporate parties birthday parties a lot of bachelorette parties come in. And we've been putting this on the menu for the season. And people are like this is the easiest and the most delicious thing I've ever had is almost like a savory cheesecake kind of thing.
