S vice president Camilla Harris is to lead efforts with Mexico and some Central American countries to try to stem the flow of migrants into the United States. Miss Harris said there was a huge problem with a sharp rise in unaccompanied Children trying to cross the border from Mexico. She said She would also address the root causes of migration in the region.
