She wrote and sang some of Fleetwood Mac's biggest hits, singer songwriter Christine McVie has died at 79 Cofounded by drummer Mick Fleetwood in 1967 London Fleetwood Mac hired keyboardist and vocalist Christine perfect as a session musician on their second album before she married bass player John mcvie and joined the band in 1970. In 1975, their self titled tenth album went global thanks to the addition of guitarist Lindsey Buckingham and then girlfriend Stevie Nicks, the breakout rockstar who wrote and sang landslide in Rihanna. 20 strange both couples chronicled their breakups on their next album rumors as Stevie wrote dreams, Lindsey wrote go your own way and Christine wrote you make loving fun and don't stop while they all co wrote the change. Christine went on to write hits like little lies and everywhere.
