Listen: Barbara Brooks, Santa Anita, California discussed on KNX Weekend News and Traffic
"This is southern California's only twenty four hour, local news and traffic station. KNX ten seventy NewsRadio. Rondo our top local stories had ninety five an alleged killer of northern California Cobb captured and a sheriff blames sanctuary laws for the officers death. Plus a jury says a Pasadena police officer must pay a door door salesman seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars for holding him at gunpoint test. That's on those stories coming up, just two minutes. But first, traffic and weather together every ten minutes on the fives with Barbara. We've got a new accident Arcadia CHP heading to the to ten westbound at Santa Anita to check on that wreck off to the right shoulder. Sun Valley, 170 seventy southbound past Sheldon, fire crews working to put out a brushfire they're off to the right shoulder as well. So you might see some activity there off to the right watch adage, come on for the five, and you've got some delays still the Hollywood freeway one zero one southbound Vermont and to downtown ten eastbound little slow as you approach the one ten starting right about Normandy. And just got an update. From LAX looks like century boulevard. The worst of it right now. Westbound it's going to take you twenty two minutes between the four zero five and the airport and then another forty plus minutes to get around the upper level of the airport loop. So if you need to get terminal seven give yourself a lot of extra time so just about an hour to get between the four zero five and the end of the airport lower level about a twenty minute delay around the loop. So that's not looking too great either. It is looking better than the upper level. And of course, sepulveda's north and southbound jamming up as well as you make your way into the airport and century boulevard. And we've got some problems in Westminster stalled car reported in lanes of the beach boulevard collector road on the four zero five northbound next report nine fifteen with more reports. More often, I'm Barbara Brooks on the spectrum twenty four hour traffic."
