Hollywood, Six Years discussed on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory

Liaison officers embedded in hollywood studios reviewing scripts maybe even funding certain projects yeah i think there's no question it's very very public very well known that we've seen very open collusion at least since the time of film the recruits the leap et al pacino film which was one of the first films to openly directly work with the cia and creating the narrative featuring liaison so consulting on films like chase brandon and milt bearden a former cia operatives who worked with holly so this is very well known but actually this goes back to the beginning of cold war or excuse me of british spy fiction when you had graham greene trying to go in from in my five am i six operations so that writing a spy fiction so the world's a section and the arts and spies actually have a long history that goes back to six years globe theatre but in terms of our hollywood yes that's that's been there for a long time but only been public really sets recruit came out right after nine eleven that was kind of a recruitment type of film but we actually saw this kind of collusion presented in film itself in the movie wag the dog thank you you recall the character conrad brean play by robert deniro who's working with tiaa consultant he's working with dustin hoffman character is a top hollywood producer and of course some people think that that might be the cia and cube symbolically it's hard to say but but even films like wag the dog show this relationship and that was in the nineties so this was nineteen ninety seven i think so you know this is this has been even presented in films prior to being known as something public post two thousand two or so why do you suppose hollywood is is so vitriolic in its opposition to the trump administration yeah that's a good question i think that it seems to kind of be like a giant pulse i mean i don't know how else to put it that are being a giant colt and anyone who even kind of mildly says something pro trump has the the fear of being blacklisted which is pretty crazy because that's this shows that there's not really any kind of free thoughts and the arts is not a realm of freedom and create seventy like when might think it's completely politicized and i would say that that's even though you have such a contingent of the deep state being very very connected to hollywood the deep state is connected hollywood is really that left democrat side of things that that very radical approach and so there's really no tolerance in that kind of a physician that ironically house itself as loving and tolerance is fact in reality opposite of that i was noticing that james woods terrific actor was recently i and i follow his twitter account just because it can be so outrageous and so at times let's face it politically incorrect it's kind of almost refreshing but he was recently on july the fourth actually he was fired by his agent his agents said i'm feeling patriotic today i'm firing james woods as my client which was kind of kind of interesting but it does it speaks to a certain hypocrisy that's coming out of hollywood love james woods or hate him but the idea that you know being patriotic now means you fire people that have differing political viewpoint so you know the the other interesting thing in well we we can we can start this conversation now and then take on the other side of the break and that is i don't know how you feel about the hollywood's coverage of the whole ufo et phenomenon i don't know if you write about this or research this but to me it's interesting because there are two sort of two messages coming out of hollywood we have the movies like war of the worlds which tell us that e t's are know they're they have an ferry is motive they're here to destroy us and then we have you know spielberg's movie e t which tells us that the aliens are you know there are are cosmic cousins and so forth i'd like to get your take on on the messaging as far as you f os in et's from hollywood go on the other side j dire is with us esoteric hollywood if you don't have it go out and get it it's a must read here's paul mccartney sir paul taking us into the break with too many people on coast to coast am.
