Meredith I'm very excited we have our quarter in review a regular guest Brian Coble is here to talk about what was what happened over the last year of what we think is going to are very fuzzy crystal ball what may have a few of the future may look like so very excited about the opportunity to tap Bryan Coble's mind we've got Marion sievert in the control booth answering your phone calls so if you've got a question for myself or Brian give us a call eight six six three nine one ten twenty eight six six three nine one ten twenty but before we get to Brian just a recap quick recap of the markets we ended the week with the Dow piercing the twenty nine thousand a level but it did pull back by the end of the week so the Dow ended a twenty eight thousand eight twenty three the S. and P. and it the three thousand two hundred sixty five nasdaq ended at ninety one seventy eight that brings a weekly total Dow was up six tenths of one percent S. and P. up just under one percent nasdaq up one point seven five percent year to date the Dow was up one percent for the first we can change of the year S. and P. is up just above one percent nasdaq is doubling of both of those indices up two point three percent had some volatility in the markets this week a ran related in the early weeks but the market's pretty much brush that off until Friday and there was some disappointing economic news mainly around employment so the markets took a little tumble on Friday interest rates are down so for this year so a little bit of instability out in the world has caused bond prices to continue to rise interest rates to fall as of the end of the week the one month treasury is a one point five three the one year treasury one point five six ten year treasury one point seven seven thirty year treasury is sticking above two percent two point one seven yield curve we still have a little bit of an version of a few of the mid term rates but the curve is steep learning so folks are looking at the curve as a proxy for a potential recession well we have that steep curve so we've got a whole lot to go and we do need to take a quick break but when we come back we will talk with different Tillotson's chief investment officer of Brian Coble stay tuned we'll be right back your source for the accu weather forecast on newsradio KDKA it's Jamie progresses employee of the month to month in a row leave a message at the hi Jim hit me Jamie I just had a new idea for our song with the name your price tool so when it's like tell us what you want to pay Hey hearing from bone was what wine you say will be found coverage options to fit your budget then we just all the finger snaps will acquire goes he was coming after they've come at Jeff yes no maybe anyway see a practice tonight I got.
