You if you weren't on the path you're on what would you be doing does this idea that you can't have more than one path more than one profession like if i'm a comedian i can't also love cooking i have to stay in my lane more and more people out there are proving that that is just not true like this guy take soviet showed up the puck to connor brown now it's a race zakheim climb tremendous goal for sack hyman and the maple leafs at his toronto maple leafs forward zach hyman doing something embarrassing to the boston bruins good work zack he's twenty five years old grew up in toronto loving hockey now he gets to play for his hometown team he's living the dream but it turns out zack has another passion as well he loves writing so much so he's actually a published author he writes children's books like the magician secret which is out now as you're going to hear while his new book has nothing to do with hockey zach hyman still found a way to draw inspiration from his own life have a listen zakheim and welcome to q thanks it's a pleasure to be here man you do a lot of interviews they're usually in a locker room is it weird to be fully dressed the not sweating and on the national art show right now mean this is part of the offseason like you said we're used to just coming off the ice and you're sweating and you're trying to catch your breath and fielding a million questions so this is a nice change i think hockey's always been something that i've i've i've loved him as a kid you always want to be outside and you want to be playing sports and i was always in athletic guy so i'd always i'm being young it always running around in my parents put a hockey stick my hand on before i could even walk i think i would picture of it so it's funny but at the same time i always love making up stories and i don't know if i was writing right away but i was always telling stories i'm the oldest of five boys with storytelling was something that was just a natural nina it's a passion of mine.
