First, the federal magistrate judge will hear arguments for and against making public the affidavit supporting the search of his Mar-a-Lago home. The Justice Department says releasing the affidavit would compromise its investigation. Also, Alan weisselberg, the Trump organization's chief financial officer, is expected to plead guilty today to tax violations that plea deal would also require him to testify about alleged illicit business practices at the former president's company. Traffic fatalities began climbing two years ago as pandemic restrictions lifted, and that deadly trend is continuing this year as well. Roadway deaths increased by 7% during the first three months of this year, the highest first quarter numbers and decades across the region, there are projections of double digit increases in traffic deaths. Kelly's federal trial in Chicago begins today, the woman allegedly seen a multiple videos from the late 1990s having sex with Kelly is expected to testify that she was 14 at the time. Those tapes showing the alleged encounters were a part of a state trial in 2008, in which Kelly was acquitted after that woman decided not to testify. She's almost 40 now. Kelly faces charges, he sexually abused 5 miners in the late 1990s and created multiple explicit videos with four of them in September, Kelly was convicted of federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges and was sentenced to 30 years in prison. After South Dakota avenue a crash, taken away the left lane, this is what's our cause, 50 westbound delayed near two O two and south on the Baltimore Washington park where everybody riding into northeast. In southeast Pennsylvania avenue near Potomac avenue there had been a crash and on Wisconsin avenue near Calvert street in northwest, that's reported some downed wires. We had some slowing leaving Virginia, headed off the 14th and case bridge onto the eastbound freeway. You're heavy as you head over toward the third street tunnel. All right, our issue in Gaithersburg is on three 70 westbound near two 70. You're going to find yourself under police direction right side of the roadway tied up. Branch avenue, northbound before Moore's road, an earlier crash there had been taken away the right lane. Beltway slowdowns, topside outer loop from 95 to Georgia avenue, then into the big curve inner loop south of town now slows after saint Barnabas road, headed down toward the Woodrow Wilson bridge. Our activity in Virginia remains it's on 95 headed in the southbound direction as you try to roll into dumfries. Unfortunately, the wreck before two 34 still blocks the far left lane. It seems like everybody's up on tow trucks, so this should be in the wrap up stages. Our issue on the beltway is going to be on the outer loop, trying to get to the service roadway for Arlington boulevard. You can get in it, but you'll have to go west because the traffic on westbound 50 the ramp to the outer loop of the beltway at the bottom of that ramp that brings you into the service roadway, that's where we had an overturned vehicle V dot still busy and that ramp still closed. So watch, again, traffic on the outer loop and that service roadway has to go west on 50. One 23 and mcclain headed northbound as you approach the George Washington Parkway, got word of a new crash.
