Those tapes showing the alleged encounters were a part of a state trial in 2008, in which Kelly was acquitted after that woman decided not to testify. She's almost 40 now. Kelly faces charges, he sexually abused 5 miners in the late 1990s and created multiple explicit videos with four of them in September, Kelly was convicted of federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
