"Self esteem and wards off anxiety and feelings of depression and exercise also helps you to develop developed the ability to cope with daily stress. Now exercise doesn't have to be overly rigorous but it is important to do something that gets your heart rate up if you can still. I'll have a conversation with a friend while taking that dance class. You're not over exerting yourself and you're still gaining those benefits. Whatever you choose to do make sure it's something something you enjoy and as that you'll be more dedicated to following through also low impact exercise such as Yoga is a phenomenal exercise to increase flexibility improve your focus and introduce you to meditation which I will share more about in future episodes including a meditation that you can news on a daily basis so also with exercise consider if you prefer to do this in groups or by yourself studies show that exercising at least twenty to thirty minutes per day or three times a week is really beneficial to your overall health wellness and stress reduction and some people oh find that working in groups gives them that sense of community that they need especially when they're behind a computer for long hours running their own business and as far as food. It's important to eat healthy whole foods that fuel your mind and your body. I'm not saying you can't have that treat once in a while but it's important to you understand that food plays a major role in the performance you can get out of your mind and body and if you eat nothing but processed in a box style meals and snacks wchs your mind and body will be sluggish and won't perform at it's best if you're not sure how to effectively eat for your body type and your goals else than I encourage you to seek out inexperienced and educated health coach which I will include some links for some health coaches that I've worked with that I suggest helping you get back on track reducing sugar and helping you to eat the Diet of a high performer all right number five. This is so important so as an online. Ceo I know you value your time probably above anything else and and this is going to help you get more time back. Plan and batch including your goals your quarters and your content this. This is something that we often let away. We fail the planner content. We don't end up scheduling it on social media and then nothing gets posted at all all at the time of this podcast release its July which means we're about halfway through the year so I was wondering. Do you have a plan for the rest of the year. What programs are you focusing on. What events will you attend. How many lives do you want to positively affect for the rest of the year. And how many do you want to work with next year. What are your financial goals for the year and have you met them yet. If you don't have these answers sit down and and clearly define how you want to end your year and what you want to see next year in your business also create a content plan for social media. Even if it's just a month at a time because if you treat your business as a real company with a promotional calendar you'll know it needs to be posted and when as well as the purpose of the post itself so always approach your content with a solid intention simply posting repeatedly hey book call with me is not going to cut it. Your content needs to inspire motivate engage teach and or your share more of who you are who you work with what you do your personality. What makes you the expert in your field. And what brings you joy when you're not at work. Your audience needs to know that you are a human being and not just a business owner but a personality that they can actually like someone they want to work with someone that shares similar goals and values and someone that they can seek out as the expert to help them reach their goals and values and it's really a fine art and a balance to be able to provide that value as well as provide options to work with you in the mix. If this isn't your zone of genius seek out out help but don't ever lose your personal voice in your messaging or your posts. I'm not suggesting to hire someone to write your posts for you but perhaps someone to help you understand how to pull the golden nuggets out of what you teach what makes you unique and what you want to share with to your ideal clients. It's all about building relationships so if your content is not developing that relationship further it's not probably going to be as valuable as it could be and I urge you to show up as yourself. If you are crafting a persona online that doesn't actually match who who you are what you stand for and what you stand against people can see right through that so make sure that when you're showing up you're showing up authentically. Ask as yourself and not someone that you think you need to be online as far as content creation. If you're able to write and schedule your posts ahead of time do so it. I can't stress this enough. Life will absolutely get in the way and before you know it. You won't be active on social media. You won't be emailing your list and you're not going to actively be having those important and valuable conversations. There's a number of scheduling software options out there such as buffer coast schedule and hoot suite and I can tell you many times the platforms are saying don't schedule your social media because it hurts the algorithm and they will be shown less to your ideal clients but that actually is really far from the truth. They want you to be natively posting in the social media platforms which while that is extremely valuable. It's not realistic so by using effective platforms that can help up you schedule that content you can not only schedule some of the content but as things come up you can post natively in the platforms as well. I prefer to use coast schedule as that software allows you to post to multiple platforms. You can read cue your high performing content create a marketing calendar just like another agency would for their magazine content. You can also organize your content visually manage and automate team workflows and you can understand how to properly format your content for each social media platform for optimum reach and engagement and that way you're working with the algorithm and you're putting putting out content. That's for the audience that you're seeking not only can you tell demographic information about who they are and where they're located but by examining the information on the backend of CO schedule you'll know when they're online and what they are resonating with more than other posts that can help view create further content that they're actually interested in instead of creating stuff. You're assuming that they want to see and that is so important to make sure that your posts are landing and also understanding what maybe is not as effective. It's important to also use content splitting so that you're not spending winning all of your days posting the same exact content everywhere. Even if you're using a scheduler posting the same exact content everywhere is going to get very old and your audience will absolutely notice and if you're not creating that pattern interrupt of something interesting or valuable to your audience it's eventually they won't notice your posts at all also posting the same thing on every platform or an every group is very much frowned upon in in the social media world because if your audience is not engaging with your posts then it won't be playing. Nice with the Algorithm and social media won't really it'd be showing your posts too many people so you need to make sure you're creating engaging and interesting content that is relevant to what your audience truly values a US and will benefit from another way to effectively reduce your stress as an online.
