We've placed probably over somewhere around five hundred physicians in Rural Illinois over the past seventy years. I have have the honor to be able to serve as the president of that board as well been on that Board for almost twenty years now as a really a joy to be able to see those young folks coming in just nervous that it's really fun to to <hes> discuss with them about what their plans are in the see them coming up and growing into <hes> being a physician who will serve role Illinois and today as you visited we mentioned you being in front of aboard sharing this kind of information but also understanding that Illinois Farm Bureau looking you know for for ways to help their membership <hes> deal with the rising costs of healthcare. Absolutely you know we've talked about several of those. It's it's a challenge to be able to do that. There are some other things as well that we could think about end of life planning big challenge a big thing thing that none of us really want to think about too much but we're all going to be faced with and when we look at costs of healthcare gosh you know fifty percent of Medicare cost is in the last six months lots of life so if we had a plan for what we wanted done with us to us for us that is required to be followed and it's it's a great thing to have a discussion with her family members about especially at a time when you know it's a really high emotional time of course and wouldn't it be nice to have a plan so that our families didn't have to it goes through that decision making process when we can't make our own decisions at the time I go on all day here very interesting conversation.
