We have seen the rainfall falling at the rate of one to two inches per hour and rainfall amounts of one to three inches. This frame that is coming into the western part of Montgomery county will contribute to the flooding seen between north Potomac Rockville and Norwood. So keep that in mind that the flash flooding threat in Montgomery county will continue here for the next two and a half hours or so up until about 2 o'clock in the morning. It looks like the final shower on radar is just east of percival and that it's moving towards starling Virginia. So not only on two 70 are you going to have some flash flooding, but also route 7, the northern part of route 7.
