You put it on the stone right. Yeah you start in the oven. Preheat it as high as it can help and then you let it sit for like an hour let the stone warm up and then you throw the pizza on the stone. Right is the. I've never done it but hit the nail on throw that stone in there for the hottest it'll go and then let that stone heat for thirty minutes okay and then once it gets to that one little tip to make to help with the donut sticking take a little bit of cornmeal flat sprinkled Semolina. Okay I still sometimes screw it up the little flip with thing you'll get it on time. Yeah well I don't skimp on the Semolina just slides right off. His wants wants to pizzas Ben in for a couple minutes and The longest kitchen knife. I have just go run on the bottom. So the other thing I do that I found actually way more valuable than this is coming out for me is coming to the show podcast.
