I was. Heading in that direction. I hit the pylons now you're on Ambien, did you know, you were about to drive or did you, did you say, okay? It was it was a bootie call. Okay. And, and the woman someone said, come over already on. Heavier what we up as like. Hey, do you wanna come over, and she said, I'm really tired? She's like, well, you come over here. If you want anything, I'm like, well. Really? I mean it wasn't just was this pre Uber. Yes. Okay. Jeffrey pre. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. For sure. For. Story. Oh, yeah. Of course. Yeah, but, but when I had the accident, there happened to be a police card just down the way on the freeway, and they pulled somebody over. So I ran over for my car to the policeman. And I said, hey, I just gonna car accident. And then he was like, wow. It looks like, but I was never pulled over. Oh, this is a weird. Yeah. I actually volunteered my accident and said, hey, I just had an accident. Wait a minute. And then one of the cops pulled out a his iphone started filming me while the other cop was making me do the line. So then they sold that to TMZ, which is nice so be aware that the policeman do like to fill me. Oh, gosh. It's so crazy now until on top of that, now, you'll probably dealing with a certain amount of public shaming. Exactly. That is. Yeah. And yet it nobody knew about the surgeries yet that time. Did you feel like saying, like I should I should tell the story now? Well, yeah, and of course. Yeah. Well, that was previous even beginning to think of writing a book to, which is what maybe one of the book gets enough. I really have to tell people right what's going on. And I don't ever want a situation like that, where they don't know. You know, like you know that why are you on you know, and if someone were to find out why on pain meds after, you know, you're in the hospital, you may wanna tell them that you had surgery because people will just assume the shitty. I reason about you. I'll he was on the show, and then he wasn't on the show. And so he got addicted. It's like hey it's not that's not the that's not. Is not the narrative and that's that's really why everyone should write a book. Well, everyone has a everyone has a story and also the book did you I did write a book? Eight years ago. What was what was your? What was it, you really wanted to let people know, I wanted to let people know because, you know, it was I decided like rather than just writing a biography that it would sort of be an autobiographical self-help book. Like, here's what here, you know, like I kind of pulled myself out of an addiction swamp. Always see you did right about here. Okay. You're things that idea here things that I learned about how, like if you have an obsessive kind of nerdy, brain and you're able to hyper focus on stuff, as nerds or addicts or to do here's how you can sort of refocus that in constructive ways, or at least this is what I did not saying everything's gonna work for you. But it is because I think, you know, because being connected to other people, I think, is a large part of what humanity is about laying the purpose of life is life. I think. Yeah. And sharing experiences. And if you, you know, if you go through things or you make mistakes or you learn from stuff or you go through stuff, you know, that X number of people are also going through that or worse. And so it is that sort of, like. The best you can do not only to make it worth it for yourself, but worth it in the sort of universal senses like you know, you write this book, you tell your story any percentage of people who read this book, we'll go. Oh my God. I am. You may help divert, where would have been helpful for you. If someone stepped in and said, Chris, yeah. This is a bad path. I'm gonna need you to not do this. Maybe you listened, maybe wouldn't. But at least that, at least that fork in the road was created in that's what you do for people. I hope so who will.
