Listen: Howard Schultz, Democrat Party, America discussed on Rush Limbaugh
"I imagine a lot of parents are not going to like governor Bevin for this. Because the parents children their babies, they shouldn't have pretty high. You don't want them at home either. But. So Ford, so it's it's fascinating to me. How so many people have come down on the governor? For claiming that we're going soft. This is not the I remember they canceled an NFL game. Because snow was in the forecast in Philadelphia. What was that? That's four five years ago. Now's the Sunday night game on on NBC. The governor said that he was being only slightly facetious in this that he somewhat he really means that it that it was better to on the side of safety. It does concern me a little bit that in America. On this and any number of other fronts were sending messages to young people that if life is hard you can curl up in the fetal position somewhere and a warm place and just wait till it stops being hard. And that just isn't reality. It just isn't. And then there were people tweeting. I'd like to see the governor prove how hard he is by standing outside for thirty minutes tomorrow morning, as if you're waiting for a bus with less than adequate clothing, like many of Kentucky students would have been due to their lack of resources. Yeah. Look at the guy's got a point. You people won't remember half of this stuff. But I remember in half baked moon bay out in California. They once cancelled homework. You know, why they canceled homework because not every student had a suitable home. To do homework. And thus it wasn't fair students who had homes could do homework where students that had less than desirable homes would not have been able to do homework, and it would be thus Attica academically behind so they cancelled homework. I don't think that it's deniable throughout much of our culture that there has been a softening not everywhere by no means everywhere, but in certain segments. There is there's no question that there has been Howard Schultz. You know, this guy. This guy is really opening a bunch of sores in the democrat party. This guy is engendering as much hatred. I mean, he's on a par with me. He is an apart. They're they're getting close to haven Howard Schultz as much as they hate me. Howard Schultz is running as an independent. That's his first transgression because everybody knows on the left that Howard Schultz is is is is a democrat. And he's donated beaucoup hundreds of thousands of dollars to left wing candidates democrat causes. But now he's running as an independent for probably strategic reasons as well as he's got some problems, what the democrat party has become an his main problem with what the democrat party has become and I find it fascinating. He's the only one to come out this way, it is really instructive to note that no matter how radical this party gets. Not one democrat anywhere stands up and ask them to reign it in whether it is killing children after birth or whether resist just rampant runaway give everything away in life spending. Or any other form of the radical behavioral these twelve years before climate change wipes out humanity? Nobody in the democrat side is willing to stand up and point out some of this lunacy except Howard Schultz is he's standing up, and what is this Medicare for all no insurance companies? This is absurd. We can't do that. It's literally absurd isn't going to happen. We can't do it. We can't afford it. We ought not be telling people they can get it. Well, the Democrats don't wanna hear that. They they already fear that him running his independent is going to elect whoever the Republicans nominate Trump or anybody else because going to split the democrat vote. Then. The second third reason they're mad at him because he's not apologizing for being a billionaire. In fact, he's out acting like he's very proud of being a billionaire because how he did it. He's he's a product of the American dream. And when you say that and you're on the democrat side, you have just put a bullseye on your forehead and on your back. They hate this guy for this. The American dream is not something the democrat party believes in the American dream is not something a Democrats want their voters to think is possible. Their whole existence is based on the fact, the American dream is nothing, but a rigged the game for white men, white privilege. Through the American dream is foreign anybody else thinks it's for them has been fooled and lied to. And the Democrats are going to wipe that out. There is no American dream. You can't have anything in America any more because the powers-that-be won't let you have it. That's why you need to like Democrats to get some of these things because giving them to you is the only way it's going to happen. And the Democrats are going to give it away. And Howard Schultz has just throwing up all over that. And he's claiming great pride in himself for having. Utilized. The American dream to realize his success and his fortune. So there's a story here at PJ media dot com. On wednesday. Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz shot down on attack from Senator FOCA democrat, Massachusetts who said that because he's a billionaire. He's out of touch with America. Remember, she is the. She's the the nutcase that runs around telling people you didn't build that people that started their own businesses and become independent successes. She and then Obama picked up the refrain, and it became almost an official democrat party Monterey. You didn't build that. Meaning whatever your business like she'd say she'd say to Howard Schultz, you didn't build Starbucks if it weren't for the government buildings sidewalks, and if it works for the government buildings streets, and if it weren't for the government building public transit, and if it weren't for the government, blah, blah, blah, you wouldn't have been able to make a success. You wouldn't have been able to open any stores, it's sick and perverted way of looking at things that he doesn't accept. But because he's a seat. Universities. I why do they not go after Bill Gates? Why don't they go after Warren Buffett? Why don't they get Jeff Bezos? There are a lot of billionaires out there. And a lot of them have more billions than Howard Schultz has. What do you know why they're gonna go after they vote because those guys all apologize for being billionaires those guys all support supposedly higher taxes on the wealthy. Those guys have have they've built GRANDE estates that are walled off or moated off. You can't get to them. But nobody complains about it. Because they act guilty about it. And they criticize themselves, and they criticize their own the Kennedys did and so people give them a pass the people with pitchforks. The peasants with pitchforks. And not worried about gates not worried about buffet or any of these other guys, Jeff bozos. But when Howard Schultz comes out and says, he very proud to be a billionaire. He used the American dream to get there. And then ask isn't that what this country is about isn't that what we're supposed to? He's very proud of this. No, no, no, no, no on the left. You're not proud of being wealthy not publicly. You condemn it. You never offered to give it away November. You never offered to give it back. You've set up a big foundation where you're going to save people from malaria with a bunch of mosquito nets or whatever else like gates does. But you don't you don't ever really give it away you just act like you want to give it away act like you're guilty. You have you make a pledge to give it all away when you die. You tell the world. My kids are not getting much of my fortunate all just enough for ten lifetimes. But they're not getting it. All oh, we love this guy. We love gates. He's so like ours. He's so one of their running the giants scam. But Howard show doesn't wanna phony up. So hot us attacks him. He says Senator Elizabeth Warren said some pretty sharp words about me, she referred to me as a billionaire out of touch with the American people. And then he told his rags to riches story quick who did the song rags to riches anybody ring a bell. Tony bennett. It was one of his early big. It's used in mob movies left and right it fits anyway. Howard Schultz says I grew up in Brooklyn in Canarsie in federally subsidized housing the projects when I was seven years old, my father who was a laborer came home and had a serious accident. He was dismissed from his job. We lost our health insurance. I witnessed the fracturing of the American dream. I started with nothing I made it in America because of the aspiration the magnetism the spirit of our country. I've always believed in the promise that country. What is the promise of the country? What is it regardless of your station in life, the color of your skin, your gender, your sexual orientation, whatever it might be that everyone should have a chance. In america. Those are fighting words of democrat party which illustrate to you where the democrat party is that makes him enemy number one. In the democrat party talking about great opportunities in America. What's pot? The Democrats don't want anybody thinking that way. They don't wanna candidates talking that way. And really, meaning they don't that's because if you can do all that in America guess who you don't need. You don't need Chuck Schumer, and you don't need Nancy Pelosi, and you don't need the Kennedy family, and you don't need any of these other Democrats if if you can do all that on your own. Which is another reason I say, the democrat party has been has done more to destroy the human spirit in this country. Then any single institution or organization, I can think of as a political weapon they have beat people down. They have constantly told people you can't succeed be African African-Americans be women of Hispanics their collection of minorities that make up their coalition white privileged Americans. Got the deck's stacked against you. You can't get anywhere. Nobody's gonna let you get anywhere. Then one of them comes along and starts telling everybody how he did it. He's got to be stylist. They've got to shut him up. Rather than look at Howard Schultz. And maybe you know, what maybe that ought to be the way we should they want to win the White House. Right. They want to win it back from providence looking at maybe there's some of what Howard Schultz is talking about we should emulate not even occur to them. In other news. Not going to surprise any of you. Washington Times at top Pennsylvania lawmaker called on the state of Pennsylvania yesterday to immediately expunge the names of over eleven thousand non-citizens who Pennsylvania has confirmed are registered to vote despite not being eligible. Darrelle Matt cafe Republican former chairman of house government oversight panel said the administration of governor Tom Wolfe, democrat, belatedly, acknowledged the large number of non-citizens in communications over the past two months. The numbers. While it says here, not yet evidence of massive voter fraud that President Trump said marred the popular vote the two thousand sixteen election nonetheless, higher than the almost zero levels of voting mischief. The president's critics have suggested remember Trump said, yeah, there's so many illegals voting. You can't prove it. There weren't any. Eleven thousand illegal voters in Pennsylvania is more than enough to affect that election, depending on where that election is Texas Texas secretary of state, David Whitley us state, driver's license records which include immigration status, and compared those with people on the voter rolls. Get this. Texas secretary of state David Whitley found that about ninety five thousand people whom the state says we're not citizens are among the sixteen million registered voters. Of those ninety five thousand fifty eight thousand voted at some point since nine hundred ninety six fifty eight thousand illegal votes in Texas. Eleven thousand illegal registered voters in Pennsylvania. These are just two states. You we've known instinctively that this was happening. We know this is happening because the democrat party is behind it the democrat my what you'd be shocked. I'm sure to learn what the numbers are in California. If we could ever get a reading on that. I mean, San Francisco and LA have been actively registering illegal voters during the driver's license procedure. That's what getting them driver's licenses is."
