'cause we this week's came from an Instagram user. Yes. This was an Instagram direct message, which incidentally, I did just the lead the Instagram app. And I'm gonna have to put it back on because I don't know how to get direct messages. Okay. Anything else? So it's kind of frustrating anyway. So this was a question that someone asked on Instagram? It was just Hetty fit in time for fitness, then I know we've kind of discussed that a little bit before. But I don't know we have ever given like a list and some of you may be headed into resolution season as this air. So I figured why not mention it. Here's my list ready. Let's go do it in the morning because otherwise it's never gonna happen. Again. If you have a difficult job, Laura, we'll talk about her situation that may be different. But honestly for me if it's not done by seven thirty on a weekday. Anyway, it's probably not going to happen. So if you're really committed find that early hour that you can devote be okay with a little bit. So Laura has her one mile or maybe it's, you know, ten minutes of strength training. So sometimes little is better than nothing. A little definitely is better than nothing. I didn't always used to realize that. But now, I have our guest last week talked about the seven minute app. Right. So from heard good things about extended nine Cowan minutes. I'm pretty sure you can find seven minutes somewhere. It's true. Using a if you run or walk. You know, if you haven't early working early waking baby triumphal running stroller can be a good good strategy or send your partner out with running stroller. And then you can have time to do your workout as I did this fish that works. Recall the benefits that exercise brings. So, you know, get to get to your y for me, it's you whatever about long term health benefits, but like being much calmer and happier during the day worth it. So you know, you have to find out what your motivation is. And think about that. If you're in obliged, her in the Gretchen Rubin tendencies, she will tell you a million times that you need to find some sort of outer accountability. That's not me. But if that is you to find out, you know, you can meet up with gamified it or trained for something. And finally find something that you actually enjoy doing because is going to get up in like torture themselves. You just got to be something out there. That's fun for you. Humans. Do not do well with suffering long-term, right? Like a stick with it for two weeks. And then you'll be like screw us. You know, if you if you hate running your you could try it. But like, you're you're not gonna really probably wind up being a runner long-term. But if there's something else you like, maybe it's a group, fitness classes. Or just walking with a friend. Right. Let seems more like fun rather than exercise that can be perfectly fine as well. So so, yeah, it doesn't it doesn't have to be training for a marathon. As it my suggestions. So this would not work for everyone. But I have actually found that doing the streak is is a great way to find time for a little bit of fitness every day because then it's not the question of am. I gonna run it's win. I'm I going to run. And so then I've taken this sort of motivation question out of it. And then it's just looking at the schedule and say, well where does it fit? I know I need always so excited. If somebody starts like twenty nineteenth streak based on this episode. Do what someone do it? Sure. Totally. It doesn't have to be running like other people might be prone to injury seven-minute app. Running every day might not work for them. But the seven minute act, you could probably do that. Right. Can say that every day this year, I'm gonna do ten minutes of something rights, whether that's walking briskly or ten minutes of push-ups sit-ups in crunch planks, or whatever the ten. Minutes of something could could certainly be be done for an entire year without without too much of an issue.."
