CVS and Walgreens to deliver and administer COVID-19 vaccine soon at nursing homes in Broward, Miami-Dade and Pinellas counties


As early as Monday, CVS and Walgreens officials could begin pulling up to nursing homes and assisted living facilities to begin administering their 60,000 doses of the coveted Corona virus vaccine. That's on top of this state program launched yesterday to inoculate over the next week, more than 20,000 residents and staffers on more than 100, long term care facilities and Broward, Miami Dade in Pinellas County's each day. Matters for the people in facilities like this Large emergency management director Jared Moskowitz hopes this successful rollout will lead to more people getting in line for the shot when it's more readily available.
