Listen: Crews fight to outflank raging Northern California wildfire
"A fire burning and Napa county has grown to seventeen hundred acres this afternoon. It's now about ten percent contained Napa county officials say the first call came in about two thirty this afternoon. More residents are now being told to evacuate. The Napa county sheriff's office says residents on the west side of various and Knoxville road from pope creek bridge to the county line and roads to Snell valley and berry estates are also being vacuum. Cal fire and Napa county fire. Chiefs are crews are on scene as well. The Cal fire information officer, Scott McLean, says crews are still spread out around northern California. The delta force service fire up there, which has water resources from taking agencies including Cal fire. The hers fire starting to wrap wrap up so those resources on that fire being moved over to the delta for the most part. We have some fires off to the east by the north fire in the Slager fire. Those fire just starting to get wrapped up to. But on the northbound, for example, that still continues to hold their resources. These accusations are in addition to an earlier order for residents in various states among Snell valley road and evacuation center has been set up at the pope valley farm center.
