Listen: Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong UN And United States discussed on Charlie Parker
"Well, hey, it was all smiles and waves from bladder MIR Putin. Afterwards. In fact, it ended up with Vladimir Putin waving goodbye to the motorcade of Kim Jong UN is he left the university complex where the summit was held in Vladivostok. It included about a ninety minute one on one session, which was double the time that had been allotted then about three and a half hours involving delegations from both sides and Vladimir Putin did talk afterwards saying it was an open discussion about a lot of things including sanctions denuclearization and the United States, of course. And as far as denuclearization goes. He says Russia and North Korea want to denuclearize. But there's two things that Kim Jon own is looking for number one. He wants security guarantees and number two sanctions relief. So the security guarantees are interesting because of Ladimir Putin said whether it could be a bilateral security guarantee remains to be seen meaning could the United States guarantee the security of. Kim Jong UN and his regime or could Russia that would require further discussion. But apparently that's high on the list for Kim Jon on as as he reportedly is interested in denuclearizing himself. But this is something that is going to be interesting to watch as it goes along and one question, Tim is this good news. Or is it bad news for the United States? Is that good that may be flat? Amir Putin can get Kim Jong UN to get what everybody else could not that meaning denuclearize or is it bad that to quote, adversaries of the United States are getting along together. So well, Bill good morning Bertie here. When Putin says he's willing to serve as a mediator between the US and North Korea. What does that really translate to considering? It's Putin here. Yeah. That's a good question. You know, what are his real motivations here? I think the bladder MIR Putin charity wanted to get back in the game. And he certainly has done that. And now he's putting himself at the center of this. This international affair in kind of sending a message to President Trump saying, hey, let me carry the ball on this one a little bit. If you need to consult with me, you can do that."
