Listen: Bernie Sanders, Bernie And Bernie Chris Cuomo discussed on The Savage Nation with Michael Savage
"Everyone else would ignore this. That's just crazy Bernie being Bernie. But I think what they will realize Bernie's at the top of the heap right now. So they've got to become a little bit more like Bernie Chris Cuomo. Don, lemon Anderson Cooper, ask all the other candidates at this town hall. Do you agree with Bernie Sanders that convicted terrorists, and rapists and murderers should vote? And here's what Kamala Harris had to say people who are in convicted in prison like the Boston marathon bomber on. Throw people who are convicted of sexual assault. They should be able to vote. I think we should have that conversation. Okay. All right. Thank you. We should have that conversation. Well, let's have that conversation. Now, we're joined by Jason Sneed senior policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation. And now, this guy is expert in a great many things, I didn't think in the old days that we needed an expert to tell us whether or not terrorists should be able to vote from prison. But that's where we are. That's where twenty nineteen has brought us Jason. Thanks for coming on. Well, it's my pleasure. Thanks for having me. I have a very simple question should terrorists. And rapists, be able to vote. Well, I haven't equally simple response and the answer is no certainly not while these people are serving their prison sentences that the notion is Bernie Sanders indicated he supports yesterday or the day before that they should be able to vote from prison, regardless of the potential violent or heinous nature of their crime it onto incense Americans. These are people who have clearly demonstrated that they cannot abide by the rules of society and in my judgment. They should have no ability or no, no say in the crafting of the rules of the rest of us have to follow. I've seen this trend. Forget about voting in prison for just a moment. I've seen this trend among states run by Democrats of Rian franchising, convicted felons. So a lot of places felons can't vote,"
