Bruins improve to record 14-0 at home, beat Avalanche 5-1


David pasternak and Trent Frederick each scored two goals while Linus Olmert stopped 25 shots as Boston beat the Colorado avalanche 5 to one. The victory extends the bruins NHL record home winning streak to start the season to 14 games. Says it's amazing to see the group come together every day to work, you know, and be happy and ready to work for each other. So obviously it's a lot of fun right now. Boston is Jake dubos, scored his 100th career NHL goal while Andrew cogliano had the lone tally for the injury plagued avalanche. I'm Ben Thomas
