Akron Black Lives Matter leader arrested by police during protest at grocery store
Akron police on Saturday arrested an organizer for black lives matter protest of a grocery store. 29 year old daughter Sean Mansfield, was released from the summit County jail about an hour after His arrest on Saturday. Akron police say he is the organizer of a black lives matter protest at a grocery store. He is charged with three misdemeanors, criminal trespass, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. Mansfield said in the video he posted on Facebook prior to his arrest that he organized the protest at the Mark's grocery store after store managers refused to allow an employee toe wear a face mask that said black lives matter. A group of about 20 protesters gathered in front of the grocery store officers told them they could not protest on. Private property directed them to another area that officers then went to arrest Mansfield. He ran several blocks before officers caught up with them.
