Automatic TRANSCRIPT

Overshadowed by this was the Supreme Court ruling yesterday that the city of Boston, Massachusetts, violated the constitution by refusing to fly a local organization's Christian flag in front of city hall, though it had flown other groups flags. This is a tremendous win for religious liberty in America. Justice Stephen Breyer, this was unanimous. This was 9 to zero. Stephen Breyer said we conclude that Boston's flag raising program does not express government speech as a result the city's refusal to let the group fly their flag based on its religious viewpoint violated the free speech clause of the First Amendment. How about that? A constitutional ruling by the Supreme Court? Well, that's what overturning roe V wade would be because it's never been constitutional.
