I've only just started to dad one coffee honestly And enjoying some of the benefits piteous now that I have two kids It's kind of necessary Honestly probably like just six months like really since he was born. It's like I'm like okay. I'm definitely going there a little bit more was was an espresso machine on your Christmas list wasn't I'm not that heavy into it Were you ever doing literally. Yeah Yeah I just I just didn't so but but anyway so coffee is can you fit coffee into into a healthy lifestyle. -olutely okay so you can't okay too. Many people think well coffee is negative hydration. Because it's a dia radic with the Kathy. Okay that's not. We've found that that's not really true. People can tolerate you know a two or three again cups right right right right right. Coffee Nausea ask your three and that the that low level of caffeine can actually be beneficial for for alertness and so forth breath now. Coffee has in it similar. And I'm a tea drinker. So I'm not a big coffee AFICIONADO. But in terms of well what else does it provide you besides rides caffeine and hydration. It could have some polyphenyls in similar or different to or some kind of final chemicals Like T- Does uh-huh okay. All right Definitely clearly I mean with the against caffeine in there or is is the KEF is coffee. Has the caffeine. Yeah so that definitely. I've found like that that now that I've gone into coffee like soda doesn't have the same effect on me with Kathy but with coffee it certainly does so. That's that's why I'm almost like protecting it and I'm not doing very often because I'm like I need when I needed. I needed more caffeine than coffee. But they just might be next on the laced copies of gateway for me personally to hit differently. What's the best route for like what you add to your coffee? 'cause I definitely I'm not someone that's drinking it black. I'm adding a a ton of stuff to it But definitely like cremers book so in the additive world better to do whole milk. Kevin have other artificial sweeteners. Natural Literal is best. But Let let's think in terms of how much you're really having overall if it's a little bit if somebody has a cup of coffee two or three three times a week and they want to put a little splendor or something you know it's like okay but if you're a really slamming down two or three you're just refilling and you're like going through. Oh half a pot of coffee all by yourself adding milk cream sugar or whatever it is to it all the time and they're more latte as or or what have you then. I think what you're adding to. It makes more of a difference. Okay so I wouldn't say that half and half is bad you know if it's a tablespoon or half an ounce what's but you know you start using I dunno when you buy the half pints. Let's go through it and a couple of days. I'm like Oh okay okay. We need to switch. Here's your sign of a problem. You're if you're going through a half and a half pint. In a couple of days check yourself. I noticed Europeans will drink the smallest presto after dinner and staff. I know that's amazing after dinner because my wife will not drink coffee. Ver- pass a certain point in the day like just she just like I can't do it otherwise it can't yeah. Wow it's pretty early like I was like. Oh Okay I o five hours and I did that for the first time recently rows like I needed like five. Just get there and then I did have trouble sleeping and is like and if my wife ever listened to this then she'll admitted it personally but this is a test of you listening. I I always wondered if it was more for like take an a digested purpose. After they're finished eating or WHO's truly shopping. You awake I really enjoy is known to have more of a longer period of effectiveness effectiveness. Okay interesting why there are some higher caffeine drinks supplements or what have you that are promoted as having having a faster higher harder just for that purpose because yeah we'll drink a cup like Britney says at like four in the afternoon Dan and then go. There's no way I'm going to bed at ten. I mean I'm just going to be like lights on right midnight interesting okay. So I'm a lightweight that can be the an issue because like deaf. We've in some past podcasts. On the sleep podcast. We talked about how how critical that is to your health and like and your wellbeing and so if you're kind of having that coffee later later in the day not able to get the proper sleep you're having it has. This kind of trickle down effect perhaps actually Also the Bruce Strength. There's a difference between you know a week from the Office break room versus getting something. That's like a Turkish or Greek coffee like Espresso side. No it's packed right. Yeah
