Take your attention back to your breath. Centering in your core. Choose one result in your life. One thing you want to manifest maybe a relationship that you want to call in a certain achievement in your job maybe losing weight or cultivating health and a certain part of your body. Use All five senses specifically as possible. Imagine what it would be like if you have that thing that person that achievement that health. How would you feel in your body. How would you feel in your heart secure or competent. Abundant or wealthy happy joyful. What are the sensations associated with that feeling. Does it bring."
