Wisconsin Supreme Court strikes down governor's mask mandate


Today's 43 ruling says Governor Evers exceeded his authority by issuing the order this after Republicans in the Legislature voted to repeal the mask mandate on Lee to have the governor quickly reissue it. The court ruling that any public health emergency issued by the governor is valid for only 60 days. And can't be extended without legislative approval. Nearly 60 organizations, including groups representing hospitals, doctors and nurses opposed striking down the mask
