Nine people floating down the Dan River in North Carolina have gone over a hydro electric dam. Three are dead, too, were still missing. Rockingham County Emergency Management director Rodney Cate says the area is popular with tubers when they get to the dam area. Typically, people get out of the water and walk around that area and then reunite the water past the dam. I don't know what the circumstances were surrounding this incident, the search for the two missing tubers suspended until the sun comes
