"Nasr's record-setting Rover mission on Mars has come to an end. This is innovation now from the day opportunity landed a team of mission engineers Rover drivers and scientists on earth collaborated to overcome challenges and get the Rover from one geologic site on Mars to the next maneuvering around and at times over rocks and boulders and probing crater floors designed to last just ninety Martian days and travel. A mere one thousand meters opportunity surpassed all expectations during its fifteen years of exploration on Mars now despite every effort the team has been unable to regain communications with the Rover the massive Martian dust storm last summer proved to be too much for the spunky little explorer before reaching its final resting place opportunity returned. More than two hundred seventeen thousand images of the red planet traveled more than twenty eight miles setting the off world driving record and discovered definitive proof of liquid water on ancient Mars. We all join the team in saying farewell opportunity and well done for innovation. Now. I'm Jennifer pulley innovation now is produced by the National Institute of aerospace through collaboration with NASA."
