Man accused of kidnapping Wisconsin teenager after murdering her parents is due in court for his first appearance today. Twenty one year old Jake Paterson will be charged with two counts of homicide one count of kidnapping thirteen year old Jamie clause said to be doing very well after she was able to escape her captor last week. She'd been missing since her parents were found murdered back in mid October. The
