Welcome back everybody when the bell on this beautiful Thursday so excited to have my friend back congressman guy Russian dollar is on the line guys thank you for taking the time thank you for clarifying some stuff for the people of southwestern Pennsylvania in fact we have listeners for all around the country Sir and what you guys have been dealing with to try to get the stimulus out there hopefully it's going to get out there soon thanks for having me on when you have a really appreciated it as always and dot yeah it's cannot come soon enough I and I hate to take a job I'm gonna do it they should have been passed Sunday or Monday of last week but instead it needs people of the far left Democrats hold the bill hostage because they wanted to cram in green new deal style and then it's on to it which Republicans felt totally was totally inappropriate which is so now we've been out here a week later and finally distilled getting moving so we understand that allegedly it's going to be voted on tomorrow so at what point after that fact does does money start flowing when can the small business folks when can the people who are out of work start to see some relief guy well there's a lot of different elements itself we got to break it down one by one there's gonna be direct payments to individuals of your understanding five thousand per individual that twelve hundred dollars that's coming U. twenty four hundred for a married couple and then each child gets another five hundred dollars so that's not a significant amount of money and that will be coming out in two to three weeks bye if you are set up to get a direct debit direct deposit from the IRS there's some thought that could be asked back so we're gonna see how fast we can get that out now for small businesses small businesses can apply for loans right away from from a bank and any bank to get small business loans and then they can operate without law gotcha you know one of the things that I was noticing and and as Brock has told you I I read that the the entirety of the eight hundred and eighty pages there is that the most important section I think for the majority of people listing guy is called section B. one oh four and this is the one that really deals with unemployment compensation benefits and pandemic emergency unemployment compensation I have to say this really does help this small and solo business owner the person who's the solo person in the business I think this could go a long way to staving off certain ruin without question this bill is really designed to get assistance to small business as an end to often you look at big business is a big indicator are concerned that they are but small businesses that's where the jobs are those people are actually employed by a small.
