He took deep rats as he ran his fingers through his close-cropped gray hair. He needed to keep calm. He needed to think clearly his enemies were only trying to upset him. Just then a truck sped past outside his house and the driver lead on the horn. The sound made billy flinch then pound the table. He hated feeling like this. The neighbors knew he wasn't well. They knew he couldn't control his own actions. They knew they knew they knew. He stood and walked to the medicine cabinet along the way he passed the locker where he kept his gun. He almost stopped in front of it but kept going. He took his medicine turned off the lights and laid in bed. He could get through this today. He was strong enough to endure their taunts. But tomorrow was another beast
