New York attorney general names leaders of Cuomo investigation


New York's attorney general, has chosen the lawyers who will lead the investigation to complaints about sexual harassment by Governor Mario Cuomo. New YORK Attorney General Leticia James has named Joon Kim and and Clark to oversee the investigation, which clears the path to begin looking into accusations of inappropriate behavior by Governor Andrew Cuomo. Him is a former acting U. S attorney for the Southern District of New York. And Clark is an employment discrimination lawyer. The New York Times reports that they will have subpoena power and the appointment is effective immediately. Since late last month, five women have come forward with accusations of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior by the governor, even as some lawmakers have called for him to step down.
