California GOP won't comply with cease-and-desist order


Of the California Republican Party say they are ready for a court battle over unofficial ballad drop boxes. It is placed in three different counties. California's secretary of state, a Democrat, has sent TheStreet GOP a cease and desist order ordering them to remove the boxes, but the party claims they are legal under the law.
