And it too has turned negative for the year. The tech heavy NASDAQ dropped more than three percent. And for the week all the major indices were down more than four percent. The Labor Department said Friday US employers added one hundred fifty five thousand jobs in November fewer than expected, but the unemployment rate stayed put at the very low three point seven percents one possible upside for stocks in the near future everything that happened this week could mean the Federal Reserve won't have the stomach to keep raising interest rates.
