"And Dan can attest to this. There were the people out there that were doing things what I would believe is. Right. And there were people out there that were really in the fitness industry for money, and they would caudal people and tell people that having their there too many extra calories per day. Whether it's drinking stuff was fine for me. It was I'm I'm a raw person. Just I I was well we can see that by just this whole conversation is real enroll. We're not sure we're talking about the real role. Just. Yeah. And that was just me. It was like look if you were overweight, I was going to tell you you're unhealthy. Your fat. You need to lose weight. And I never meant it in in a in a disrespectful way. I just didn't want to tell you that. Like, it's okay to be that overweight. And it was okay. That you have been on this fitness journey because I would talk to a lot of self self self love. Yeah. I would talk to a lot of people who are on the had been on their finish Ernie for a year. And they're like, well I've been doing this for a year. And I said, okay. So how have you results been would have been nothing? And the promise is too much of the industry was telling them that was okay. You know, they're. At least you are exercising leash yard, and these super some there's some cardiovascular benefits that and all that. But you're not really you're not making the outward changes that you want. And you're not really making the internal changes to the main. You're not you're not better. It's not the maximum result, especially on your health. And I think on way, and I think we can all agree on this. Nobody that's overweight unhappy with themselves. You know what not unhealthy? Nobody starts to fitness journey. Not to get anywhere. You're starting it because you're unhappy and you wanna get happy. You don't like to look at yourself naked in the mirror when you get out of the shower you are unhappy when you're going to try on clothes if you have children you're unhappy. Like, there's a reason why you go to a personal trainer or you go to a gym, right? You did athletes and stuff as well. So that's a different level. But they are unhappy and how they're performing they come to you."
