The supreme court is allowing a lawsuit by iphone users against apple to move forward. The suit claims apple is violating antitrust laws by requiring iphone users to purchase software for the devices exclusively through its apps store. The court's newest Justice Brad Kavanagh joined the four liberals rejecting Apple's pleaded toss out the lawsuit over the thirty percent commission.
