Coast Guard helps with rescues in Bahamas as Dorian moves toward US coast


Dozens of rescues made in the northern Bahamas where there is widespread destruction from Dorian or watching these survivors come off the helicopters some really emotional reunions we saw US Coast Guard pilots basically carry people off helicopters all morning many these people really fought with every ounce of strength they had this to stay alive two days this storm sat over those northern islands in the Bahamas and when they got the helicopters many then had nothing left that had to be carried this is Steve Harrigan in Nassau which the government officials are emphasizing remains open for business along with other parts of the country spared by the storm as a painful recovery
