The Queen has knighted a 100 year old man who raised tens of millions of dollars just by walking. Captain Tom Moore is a World War two veteran who captivated people around the world by walking 100 laps in his garden, raising $40 million for the National Health Service. So the queen came out of her Corona virus induced isolation and used a long sword once owned by her father to tap Moore's shoulders today, making him a knight of the realm.
