I. says it's charging Brian with felony murder and criminal contempt to commit false imprisonment also facing charges sixty four year old Gregory Nick Michael and his son thirty four year old Travis McMichael they face charges of felony murder and aggravated assault they claim armory was a suspect in a series of burglaries in the neighborhood when they confronted him more from correspondent Manuel Bojorquez armories family says he was out for a jog when the shooting occurred he was seen on camera entering an open construction site before the confrontation the armories family attorney has pressed for Brian's arrest calling him a co conspirator tonight Brian is behind bars awaiting a court
