But these days every influence our has tips, and there are blogs, books, podcasts, and magazines Galore. To say nothing of the helpful hints, friends and family, share on social media. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by all. We should be doing to improve our lives. But Margaret had a great response to this. You only take the advice that makes it easier. This is a great filter for figuring out what strategies and tips to apply in your own life. and which ones to let roll on by?
