No. 12 Michigan State bounces back, beats Penn State 30-27


Number twelve Michigan state jumped out to a fourteen to nothing lead to start the game and held on to win thirty to twenty seven in the snow in east Lansing the Nittany lions scored with forty three seconds left to cut the lead to three four unsuccessful with the onside kick and issue to the twenty three to twenty lead heading into the fourth but were able to force two fumbles and put the game away the Spartans scored all five times they were in the red zone and were again led by junior running back Kenneth Walker the third who finished with one hundred thirty eight yards and a touchdown the Spartans defense came up big allowing Penn state to convert and just five of thirteen third downs Marty Martin east Lansing Michigan
