"I entered a plea of not guilty today this formal arraignment. He's charged with first degree murder accused of killing Christina craft in her condo by suburban square. In ardmore. Prosecutors today announced that they will not seek the death penalty. Now, according to testimony at Harris's preliminary hearing after he was arrested. Detectives say he told them he met craft in center city, Philadelphia. The two went back to her apartment where he claimed that he was going to sell her an ounce of cocaine. He says they drank three bottles of wine, then they had sex afterwards when he asked her for twelve hundred dollars for the drug. She said that was why they had sex. Detectives say he told. Them. He got angry and she hit him with a wine bottle. And then they say that he told them he he hit and choked her and then snuck out by climbing off her balcony again today in court for formal arraignment. He entered a not guilty plea with prosecutors saying that will not be seeking the death penalty at his trial tentatively now scheduled for may and GM your reporting. Another man is accused the stemming from this case. Yeah. A couple of days before she was found dead in her condo. She was the victim of a robbery and in that condo. Police. Finally tracked down the man they were searching for in that case originally thought to be a possible person of interest in the murder. But now they're saying he has nothing to do. Just days before she was killed accused of stealing about two thousand dollars worth of items from her apartment while he was passed out or while she was passed out in his car.
