Some great changes to the website we've made it very easy to navigate you can look at the articles on the bottom of the website, you can look at all the videos on the website patients that have had a variety of disorders that stem cell has created remarkable benefit with Amancio, PD diabetes. A memory loss house. Hammers dementia and Footrot stroke Parkinson's. A person who fell from a scaffold with damage of ankle and shoulder was able to walk now is completely without restriction. In other MS patient shoulders diabetes. The list goes on and on. So a lot of great videos there that you can take a look at. If you wanted to look at the articles as you see the tub boundary can go click on the word articles. And then when that comes up, there's a search box on the right. So if you just want to sort of scroll through and scroll down, you can and can go from one page the next, but my Ps, you're free to put your title in the search box to be able to look for something specific patient who's interested in lupus, and rheumatoid, so I told them to go to the search box, and of course then you have many articles on both of those as eases. The diseases. Okay, phone lines are open if you'd like to call in. Let's go to Robert in queens. Hi there. How are you? Hi, how are you? I think you're making a point that is really a super point that not done enough. And that is, you know, people start this process backwards and I've done a lot of it where you reach for diet without knowing your own system, and I just want to add, I think it's really wonderful point. And maybe I'll just share in ten seconds, another thought that helped me as I age along. And that is, it's also not necessarily having to change for me, and I think would be helpful. It's not necessarily having to reach for new food. Sometimes it's just all about regulating how much and when you eat certain foods during the day can make a big change. And I and I think that plays a role. So of course, all of that plays a role now look at what we have here in this country. Unfortunately, we think that if we go to a restaurant and you're paying X. Amount of money, and you're getting an overwhelming amount of food, like a buffet, your family style Italian restaurants. So the, the food might be good. You're getting way more than you would ever need. So people woke out of their or roll out of there. He no overwhelmed with the food fully bloated, and they're eating three times more than they should so. And this issue of caffeine, for example, it's always like you know, get rid of it, and whatnot, I made a simple change. I used to like a lot of people I just reach for coffee in the morning on an empty stomach. Have my coffee and I started develop some real problems with addiction of pelvic pain, and it was simply a matter of eating, I not a lot maybe bowl of oatmeal some fruit. Then having the discipline to have my coffee afterwards and all these problems cleared up. So it wasn't a matter of wasn't matter of like having coffee. I mean, you know you keep it in moderation. Regulating certain foods in your diet during the day that you can change habits on via the different. And I have to tell you every single patient. I see sometimes it's a struggle. I try to get them to understand their body and to look for things and document and write down, like you, did you have the coffee. I then you having problems. So you switched around the food. I. To never problem. But a lot of people are not introspective. They're not saying, well, what am I eating? You know, write down every day what eating breakfast lunch dinner snack. How am I feeling do I feel bad after this meal? The meeting trash provide rate, you know, fried foods and cetera. Right. So I liked like people be the best, you know, surveyor of themselves or the investigators. So they could watch to see what they're buddies doing. And then invariably when we test. And we pull out foods that a person's allergic to remember, more foods are delayed reactions than immediate. Can you start to change? What's coming in? You taking allergens. You're putting in better levels of vitamins, you know, doing some exercise all of a sudden your buddies torch to get into this pattern of feeling so good. But people never stop doing the things that make them feel good. It's true. So I tell people if you can get up and you have some time before going to work or sometimes get up a little bit earlier. Get one of these bikes that you can put either in your TV in front of your, your bedroom in front of your TV or. Somewhere in your house, and just get up and ride the bike for half hour as soon as you wake up, get your blood pumping. Get your brain filled with oxygen deliver vitamins minerals and hormones to olya tissues, and that's a really great way to start the day. It's what I doubt it another thing I did with this whole coffee regimen. I would also do some exercise even after eating before I had the coughing. Sure hand. So what you're saying, but, you know it it dissolves flies in the face of what we're taught by a pill. Just go to the supermarket and get the foods and you'll be fine. Never and never say, you know, I like you said, be introspective, you know, your body we all know our bodies better than anyone which bodies doing. I tell people to make a list of older symptoms down, the left hand of a page, and we have four columns that we use a ruler to try to make the for combs, KOMO straighten before copy a bunch of them in the left hand side of the symptoms and week, one week to week three week four. You could be tracking your weight, your headaches your vision, your memory of any of these things. So you get more in tune with your body, and then you can watch us your buddy changed from your efforts. Absolutely true. So I just wanted to call in and be part of the chorus doing great noon, great. I appreciate that a lot, thank you so much for great call. It gives people more perspective on how to get better or to do the right thing. So thank you so much. Call. Phone lines are open. If you'd like to call in to ask a question you could do so now, one eight hundred four eight WABC one eight hundred four eight nine two two two. Now, also for my purposes because I've always been letting of always done a lot of exercise played sports. I've always had a variety of different bicycles. I just put a new bicycle over bicycle planet, which is a beautiful store over and say acid and bought a great packets called specialized they're so modular. Now, they're so aero dynamic. Now, they're so comfortable to sit on because the seats, I think are somewhat erga Nommik, and I've been out in about writing that in the nice weather, and then go out for a long either now or, and a half or two hour ride, and you get invigorated so much for getting all that oxygen and on days that are horrible. Of course, I have a gym in my house, where I bought a whole bunch of equipment many years ago all either do one or two body parts. I just bought a schwinn airtime bike, which is the newest version. It's a large fan that is, you're pumping the fan is spinning, but you could change resistance, you can go moderate speed for a few minutes and you can make up your own regimen. But I'll do moderate speed just to get the blood pumping them go fast for a minute. Then back down to, you know, three and a half miles per hour is if you walk in a treadmill, same sort of speed, then go faster and I just keep changing it and doing intervals and you feel great with it, and you go fast and slower and faster and slower than you push fast as if you're sprinting, and it's a really great mechanism. Some people put on music to do it or headphones, some people watch TV, some people will get an app on their phone. Or their ipad or their whatever device. And you could actually see the landscape of Switzerland or Italy, or France or somewhere and you kind of think you're bicycling throughout these areas in these towns. And I don't think you have to go out and spend, you know, an arm and a leg on a really expensive bike. That's got the computer screen, and you pay every month to, you know, be on the team, you know what whatever works for you. I think you should do because ideally, in realistically doing that, exercise, the cardio, and the biking, and some weights will just make body, healthy and strong. So the teach people how to do that as well..
