Good evening. I'm Joe Michael's California state leaders have reached an agreement on a funding package to help reopen schools for in person Learning. Governor Gavin Newsom says $2 billion will go toward grants to incentivize schools to reopen our teachers and our Cafeteria workers are food workers are bus drivers are custodial they want They want the sights and sounds.
