For years, he was known for working with victims of child sex abuse and even represented families here in Washington. Now a Florida based lawyer has been arrested for child pornography. Federal investigators say they found Michael dolce in his West Palm Beach home in bed with a laptop actively viewing child pornography during a search warrant, almost 2000 images and 5 videos were found on that laptop according to court documents. While we lived in Florida, dolce represented families in a civil lawsuit against the Washington Hebrew congregation preschool after numerous allegations of sexual abuse by teacher there. Dolce was also known as a political advocate in Florida for spearheading the end of statute of limitations for child sexual battery cases. Luke luker WTO has reached out to dolce's lawyer for comment. Have you seen two year old ka Andre Smith? D.C. police say the toddler was kidnapped by his father, Alvin young. They say Smith was last seen on Chesapeake street in southeast about midnight, he's described as black three feet tall weighing 30 pounds brown hair and brown eyes and was last wearing a blue and white shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. Police say Alvin young is driving a black Chevy Tahoe with unknown paper tags. The car does have side and rear end damage. Anyone with information is being asked to contact D.C. police. A lawsuit has now been filed against the Newport News school system months after a first grade teacher was shot and seriously injured by a 6 year old student. The teacher, Abby's Werner, is seeking $40 million in damages. She was shot in the hand and in the chest in January, as she sat at a reading table in her classroom, the lawsuit accuses school administrators of growth negligence for allegedly ignoring multiple warnings on the day of the shooting that the boy had a gun and was in a violent mood. The Newport new school board and its members have not immediately responded to request for comment on that lawsuit. A shooting at dulles town center in Sterling yesterday afternoon sent frieden shoppers looking for cover in one man is in the hospital. Loudoun county sheriff Mike Chapman says the shooting happened in the food court at the busy mall. When two men apparently unknown to each other, got in a dispute. There was a conflict between the two and the shooter just went ahead and took a gun out and shot the victim. The 21 year old man shot in the abdomen was found outside the mall entrance and taken to the hospital in serious condition, deputies found the suspected shooter seated on the floor of the second level food court, sheriff Chapman says the single shot fired sent shoppers scurrying. They hit in restrooms, they had where they could to make sure that they got out of the way. The sheriff's office says 31 year old Alan Coley of Leesburg has been charged with the shooting. The mall closed for the rest of the shopping day. Finding parking can be a challenge in any big city, Arlington has a new plan to make it easier using technology. It's called the performance parking pilot project, how it'll work. In ground sensors will provide real-time availability for 4500 parking spaces in the roslin ballston and Richmond highway quarters. They'll track when vehicles come and go and how long they stay. The county says prices will change to meet the goals of the project, but stressed more revenue isn't the goal. The program will be in place for three years and was made possible by a $5.4 million grant from the Virginia Department of Transportation, residents are invited to weigh in now through the summer.
