The Mississippi state flag with the rebel battle standard in the upper left corner is the final state banner bearing the Confederate symbol to be removed in this country. Governor Take Reeves signing a bill that retires the old 18 94 flag in favour of a new one. There will be designed by a commission with the only stipulation that it has to include the words in God, we trust the people of Mississippi. Black and white.
