I have that and then i have a side of greens like i love to have spinach or i might have a side of like a halfcup of berries on the side so that's one breakfast and um another breakfasts that i might have once in a while sometimes i i have looked to breakfast i go in between would be a smoothie because it's so super easy and so i love having the smoothie called a pbj smoothie and on and i think it's fun because it's like with my kids they have their like literally have their pbj sandwiches but i have my pbj smoothie and um with that is is it is a cup of almond melt unsweetened almond milk then it's a cup of spinach and it's pretty surprising you actually don't taste the spinach and you get a whole cup of spinach in the morning then i put a scoop of protein powder in it or for people that aren't comfortable protein powder a you could use a five point five pounds as of greek yogurt unlike plain vanilla greek yogurt and um and then i put two tablespoons of flack seeds in that gives you a lot of fiber and um and then you could add like any fruit you want berries mango you could kinda put anything that's cutting the j part of it and then the peanut butter onetotwo tablespoons of peanut butter on you could puts a little like one serving a peanut butter powder he want the new uh put the eye and then i drop in a fourth teaspoon of cinnamon and a half teaspoon of term richest cause why not you know it's like i want all the benefits and so i blended together and it just taste so good.
