This one's for you mikey i used to make still do haven't done it in a while peanut butter overnight with yeah i mean i remember i think like i wrote about powdered peanut butter back in two thousand five like new very early days and we took down the site of the powdered peanut butter company they we're not prepared they were not prepared and then people were irate because they weren't getting their orders fulfilled luckily it's become so popular you can find it at any supermarket jif makes it a lot of companies make it and the deal is about two tablespoons of fifty calories or so and only two grams of fat so so much less than regular regular peanut butter has about one hundred ninety five calories for two tablespoons and sixteen grams of fat now the difference is the powdered peanut butter it's not the exact amount for amount so if you stir up to tablespoons powder peanut butter you're not getting exactly tablespoons worth of regular peanut butter but you're getting probably maybe like two thirds of that it's it's we we did the math once it's one to one and a half tables from too but so that means you're saving it least you're getting at least fifty percent fewer calories and eighty percent less fat yeah the fat is staggering and basically powdered peanut butter it's just like defended peanuts turned into like peanut flour you could add water it's great if you turn it into a spread but you could also bake with it put it in smoothies you can do so many things smoothies with all in milk it's really good so good i was gonna ask you if you put it in your coffee i would not put that past you mind blown totally doing more yeah.
