I'm the CEO and co founder of Maya systems, so a little bit about me, I come from long history of recruiting my my dad actually started a staffing business about forty years ago. And so I got great exposure and into the space and learning more about the recruiting process. I later started my first business which was called first job dot com. Which was a marketplace really focusing on creating a better experience for early career job seekers. And we we operated that business for about three and a half years scaled it to over eleven million users worked with hundreds of top employer. Brands, predominantly on high volume entry level an internship programs and learned a ton about the pitfalls in the candidate experience as well as as the inefficiencies that large enterprises face in recruiting for for high volume categories, and that really inspired the development of Maya which is our AI recruiting assistant that I'm excited to share bit more about today, just at a high level what we're doing is revolutionizing how how large enterprises in agencies recruit talent, and we're doing that through a conversational AI platform and the platform is powered by Maya which is our AI recruiting assistant, and what my doing is automating outreach and communications were job candidates across multiple phases of.
